Good quality, sturdy and square (not crooked or wrapped). Some rough spots along the sides, but just hit it with some sandpaper and it smoothed out fine. Like the four pack and will definitely be purchasing more of these.

These are great for many of my multi media projects. Well constructed & secure packaging. Only issue is this last shipment came in a box twice the size of the product & NO protective packaging to fill the empty space. So they just rattled around as they shipped across the country. Fortunately no visible damage occurred.

I purchased these for a purpose different than an art project. (I needed head and leg supports underneath a PEMF mat, details not 100% relevant here). But I do also have a background in art creations so I figured I'd chime in here. These pieces are beautifully smooth. I can think of so many things to do with them (there are 2 in the pack) from an art standpoint. These are not solid pieces and if you turn these over, there is a shadow box construction that might lend very well for a resin project. But they are both sturdy (and I've tested these given my particular usage), but not overly heavy. My creative brain is swirling with ideas as to what I could do with another set. Good product.

Honestly, I don't know who is posted bad reviews of the this brand and their wood panels, but please stop. I've literally bought 100+ panels of various sizes and NEVER had a problem with them. They are half the price of custom made panels and if you're not selling the final product at some AAA gallery, why pay more? The veneer is never pieced together nor is the support frame every saw-toothed like pretty much all the other brands at this price point. I've never had a warped one or any serious dings I couldn't just sand out. Maybe on in 50 I've put some additional wood glue on the frame for added adhesive, but that's it. Full disclosure: I am a former college art instructor and professional painter selling my works for over 40 years. I know what I'm talking about.

I was so worried to order these boards based on the reviews receiving damaged boards. I’m already behind on my schedule for a commission piece as my original order got damaged during delivery and never even got to me, they were the 36x48. This time I ordered the 36x36, received a few minutes ago and wow! These boards are gorgeous, not one crack or dent. Can’t wait to start! I gave 4 stars as I have yet to paint on it, when I’m done if all goes well with the board I’ll change to 5 stars. Happy painting friends and thank you US Art Supply xoxo
