Does anyone get negative feedback about others not being able to hear you like with the lifeproof.

I also bought a Lifeproof case and had to give it up as no one could hear me. I bought an otterbox Defender and it was great! No problems.

Is this an "authentic" Otterbox or a knock off??

Mine was authentic when I bought it and if it says it's coming from Otterbox I would think you would be getting the real deal

how do i open this case. I cannot get the case open. is there a video?

It seems IMPOSSIBLE to get off until you figure it out, and then it is relatively easy!! Open up all 3 port covers (2 on the bottom and 1 on the upper left). Then, working from the rubber casing around the port cover, and without pulling on the port covers themselves, pull up and slightly out on the rubber ABOVE (at the front) the two bottom port covers. It will then begin to release easily. Work your way around the rubber to release it from the hard plastic case, lifting up when your get to the upper left port cover. After you have the rubber case removed, you can then open the inside plastic case, by pushing the clip(s) on either side (in the middle of the case) to release the sections of the plastic case from one another.
