Late review, works great we bought it to catch our birds with.

I would have given this 5 stars if the handle were a little longer. I purchased to use as a catch net for my chickens and wish it was longer, but it's very sturdy and lightweight and large enough to catch my large hens, I just have to get closer to them!

Was looking for something that would make herding wild cats a little safer for us. Grandma let the wild cats in and is using a fly swatter to keep them from attacking her. The net will help us chase him out hopefully.

It got here on time I lost my other net going across the lake and needed one quick good service. I use it for bass fishing tournaments so the folding p I small as it does is great. Thanks

My son was looking for a net that extended to use for ecological studies. This net worked out perfectly, and the price was right. We received the net within two days just like it promised, and it is a great sturdy net. He uses it to capture frogs, toads, and snakes to study, record and then release. He is thrilled with the purchase, and I am excited that he can extend the length of the net to capture his critters safely and release them back into their habitat.

I mainly fish trout in streams and lakes and honestly a big trout for me is 16 to 17 inches. I like this foldable net as it is sturdy enough to handle a 2 pound trout. I love the extendable handle.

I have not tried to land a fish with it yet, but I find it lightweight and foldable for easy storage. This allows for it to go in my general storage bin in the the middle of the boat for easy access from the front or back as needed.
