Practice!
It took a little practice but I'm very happy with the result. You can't tell unless you look very closely. I don't use the ready made false teeth, I use the beads to mould around my broken tooth.I have a broken tooth and no dentist right now and a long wait on the list for one so bought this. It's too white for my teeth so I used boiling water with a tea bag in to soften the beads and to colour to match my teeth. At first it looks WAY too dark while still soft but it fades much lighter as it hardens. When you add the beads to boiling water they turn clear and soft. I have to work quite fast and mould it to my broken tooth. Firstly getting the shape right to look like a tooth and then moulding it to the back of my tooth too, to hold it on. I cut a thin triangle shape out of a clear plastic strawberry packet to use as a tool between the adjacent teeth to keep the gap if that makes sense.Once happy I then drink some icy cold water over the tooth to set it quickly and then removed it.Then I use the scissors to cut away the back of the false tooth leaving just the front, sides and the bottom. This way the tooth stays in place but my bottom teeth don't catch or sit on on it and it makes it more comfortable.Things I've learned through trial and error are-1.Take it out to eat!!!!!! Or it WILL fall out and you'll either swallow it, melt it again or chew and mangle it.2. It swells ever so slightly as it hardens so account for that.3. Do NOT sleep with it in, in case it falls off and you swallow or worse inhale it!4. Spend some spare time to sit and make a good few of them because you 100% will either lose them, accidently forget to remove while eating and mangle it, melt it while drinking hot drinks, so it's good to have another ready made one to pop straight back in.5. I like to rinse my mouth out after eating/drinking before I put my tooth back in because I don't want sugar or acids sitting between my broken tooth and the fake tooth as it will rot the remaining real tooth.6. This will not just "stick" to whatever you're trying to cover up. It needs to be moulded to it and create a nice tight fit front, sides and back before cutting away most of the back. It is then removable and reusable but keep it clean obviously.Hope this helps.

Tricky to use & ultimately useless
Because of Covid I could not get an appointment to repair a broken tooth and was advised to try to cover it myself.I tried four times to make a patch to cover my broken tooth. Granted, the break was an interior one and therefore more difficult, but after four attempts where the plastic would not stay in place, I gave up.The beads soften and combine easily but would not stay in place, so that's £10 wasted.

Easy to apply, does the job...
The inner part of my lower right molar broke off leaving sharp edges which cut my tongue.I ordered this and was lucky enough to get it same day.It took a few attempts to get used to it but I was able to put three beads in boiling water, stir turn around and pluck it with a table knife.I then rubbed them all together into one piece and manhandled into my tooth.I closed my jaw and pushed my tongue against it so it covered the hole.I then kept my mouth open a while and breathed in through my mouth so I pulled cold air in and it seems to have set.I have no idea how’s long this will last but I don’t mind applying several times if it stops me from shredding my tongue while I wait for an appointment. There’s more than enough beads to last a lifetime and having done it once I feel confident enough to do it again if need be.I think the only thing I’ll do is be careful biting onto anything hard in case it breaks it, but it’ll be interesting to see how hard wearing it is...

Does the job well!
Having broken half a tooth off on a bank holiday weekend, which wasn’t painful but was uncomfortable and shredding my tongue, I was looking for a temporary solution until I could see a dentist- being during Covid this was over a week.I ordered this with low expectations but was very pleasantly surprised- took a couple of attempts to get it right but once I got the hang of it I managed to cover the broken area and protect my tongue and remaining tooth adequately. This does NOT fix your tooth to the point of being able to chew on a broken tooth safely, but it really does help with the discomfort and preventing food getting in the broken tooth. I removed each application (easily) after a couple of days, gently cleaned the broken tooth and reapplied until I could see the dentist as I was worried about infection so unsure how long it would last undisturbed but it is definitely good for a day or two!As mentioned in other reviews, this comes with NO instructions at all- I worked out how to use it by reading the description and others reviews

easy to fit and suited me in an emergency
althouh multiple shapes and sizes only 5 or 6 were any good for the repair I needed in an emergency to bridge a gap and fitted well so handy as a back up.

Takes practice and patience
Can do the job as a temporary filler.....takes practice tho of how many beads to cover an area, how hot is the water? and timing is of the essence when to mould them into the gaps......Don't expect miracles (obviously at that price you wouldn't) but it can do a job

Not good- doesn't work
No matter what you do, it doesn’t stick to teeth to hide chips. Waste of money if I’m honest.
