It was easy to install and no surprises with fit. Remember to reuse the rubber cover at the steering box as it does not come with a new one. As mentioned, this is the non-proportional pressure hose. Torqued down everything and checked later... no leaks. The small concern is the two O-rings that it comes... they were smaller than the originals, however, no leaks and so it must be all good. The plastic cap that comes with it is for capping the reservoir inlet while flushing the system. I will warn some DIY and newbies that it is a pain to remove the return hose from the reservoir without risk damage. If you are doing this in the cold seasons or if the hose is old and very stiff, you might consider having a new one and cutting off the old hose. In my case I vacuumed the old steering fluid out by running the engine a short while and pumping out the old fluid from the fill opening. In about five cycles the fluid looked nice and clean. Still no leaks.

Says it is compatible with 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee lerado. The fittings attach fine but the length and shape of the hose is completely different. I made it work but it almost didn’t. So be sure to compare the shape of original piece to this one and don’t go off of Amazon vehicle compatibility.

comes with a new gasket but still leaks, the gasket is an o-ring but thats not the right way to seal it. needs a hard plastic gasket not a soft rubber o-ring

My last Pressure hose was another brand and it lasted a while, it developed pinhole leaks.. I thought I would try another high quality name brand and I have no problems as yet. It does not leak and is easy to install.Keith

Went on my 1994 Grand Cherokee V8 perfectly. Felt like a good quality product and was less than 1/4 the price from my local parts store. Would buy again and definitely recommend.

This is a great replacement part. Went on easily, direct match. Good quality. Only took two open end wrenches and about 20 minutes to swap old for new. Easy DIY job.

se ve de una excelente calidad ademas que es el único que vi que trae protección extra con manguera corrugada, queda exacto para el modelo 5.9lts, incluye todo lo necesario para su instalación realmente es solo quitar y poner, se los recomiendo, ademas de estar a un muy bajo costo.
