But more so after I switched to a gentle fragrance free hand soap. Then using this added to my repair. I think prior to switching soaps, this gave me moisture and some calming of irritation, but I was causing too much irritation and damage than this could help with.But after switching to a fragrance free hand soap, I noticed a significant difference when I did and didn’t use this hand moisturizer. Without this moisturizer while using a fragrance free soap, I still had some irritation going on because I wash my hands frequently. And using a normal thick moisturizer only helped with moisture but not irritation.With this skinfx and fragrance free moisturizer, it was a big difference! Only thing is, I still had the eczema rash part. But it wasn’t itching, dried out, blistering, or irritated when I used this in combination with a fragrance free hand soap. And the hyperpigmentation was going away and my hands were slowly starting to look normal again. I will be buying this again. Oh, and it’s not super greasy either. And then I offer it to others and they love it, so I end up giving it away, only to re-order it again and again. I know it says it's for eczema but I don't have eczema. I just have really dry, uncomfortably cracked hands. This stuff is a marvel. I keep one in my purse, one in my car, one in my nightstand, one in each bathroom. I can't be without it.I'm not fond of the scent because I prefer sweet-smelling things, and this is more natural smelling, but it certainly isn't offensive or overpowering. A few months ago my hands started to get scaley, rought and bumpy. I thought I was allergic to something at first. My hands were flakey and so uncomfortable. My nurse looked at it and she ruled alot of things out like scabies and such. I had been trying other hand lotions and they didn't work so she had the doctor order a prescription to put on my hands but it didn't work either. I happened to look at this and I wasn't sure but my hands were so horrible I though why not try it. I'm getting married soon and I don't want my hands to be all gross. I was starting to get scars from the flaking and I was desperate. When I got this I but it on before bed and when I woke up MY FLAKING WAS GONE. Its so thick and so moisturizing, it feels so good on your hands. My hands are pretty much back to normal and you can't see any scaring anymore on them.
