Did not fit a 2003 sequoia
Purchased for a 2003 Toyota Sequoia sr5 4.7 v8. listed as compatible. I was near identical but the plug ridges were oriented wrong. For the price it wasn't worth sending back. I sanded 2 of them off and it works fine. Temperature reading is close to what I can get manually.

Not Compatible with 2UZFE V8 4Runner
Seems decently constructed but the receiver does not fit the sensor plug on a 2008 4Runner V8 2UZFE. True OEM is the way to go for this priority sensor.
