Maxine, with her wit and humor certainly helps one deal with aging. It puts getting old on the light side, with all the aches and groans. Very good humor!!!

I struggled with how to rate this book. There were humorous parts, but sometimes (most of the time?) Maxine's overall attitude is not one we should emulate.

LOVEEE it!

The book arrived filthy. Large smears of mud or ??? all over the front & back cover. Fortunately, the cover was coated so I was able to use Lysol wipes to clean it. However, that’s something the seller could have done easily enough before shipping as well.

This was a gift for my Aunt. She was thrilled and has had many a laugh from it.
