I then followed that up with a closer look at the ingredients and was very interested to see that the ingredients in REST are all uniquely designed to help support sleep, better rest, and ultimately overall better health. In fact, I cannot find another supplement that has all of these ingredients contained in one formulation. I have been using REST for over two weeks now and I can 100% tell you that it has helped me turn the corner on a problem that has existed for me for a number of years. I have been able to dial back my sleep time and I have been able to avoid the grogginess that comes with being out of sync with your normal sleep cycle. I have done nothing other than this formulation since July 6th so I can attest to the fact that this improvement in this area is directly related to the supplement. I can't recommend this product enough!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good value for mood enhancing

I have chronic insomnia, and take prescription medications to help fall asleep. However, I’ve been looking for something to help get away from prescription medications, and sometimes even that doesn’t help. I also deal with anxiety and depression and take other supplements to with these ingredients to help, and having everything in one supplement with extra benefits like helping me sleep is absolutely ideal! I started slow with this supplement as I can sometimes be sensitive, so I took one for the first week. It helped me fall asleep, but I would wake up early. I did feel energized when I woke up, and not groggy or sleepy. However, not sure if this due to my anxiety or the supplement. I did find that the pill stuck in my throat a couple times, and I’m not a stranger to taking pills, so it is quite large and thick. I will continue to take, as the mood improving benefits of the ingredients alone are worth it.
