My husband and I bought this because we wanted to prayed from a queen to a king. We had the original purple mattress and a new purple was just not in the budget. So we gave this one a shot! We both love the softness of it! He is a back sleeper and I am a side sleeper. It works great for both of us, no more waking up with sore hips and shoulders! For the price we could not be happier, great quality and comfort. It was super easy to “install” just left fully fluff up. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this mattress and I would purchase it again.

I had a pillow top queen coil mattress but I was getting to the point that when I would get up in the morning my back hurt so bad it was hard to bend over. I'm sure that is partially as a result of my minor scoliosis, but still uncomfortable. I thought I would try this bed and see if it would help. A friend has one and loves it. It arrived in a much smaller box than anticipated and was vacuum sealed in a rolled up shape like a huge sleeping bag. There was a small clear plastic "envelope" on the side that had a blue plastic cutting implement in it to use to cut the plastic without risking cutting the mattress which I though was actually pretty clever. Once I got the outer plastic off that held it in the roll shape there was another set of plastic that kept it compressed. Once that was off it sprang right into shape and within a hour was ready to be slept on, which was surprising as I thought it would take longer to expand. I will say that my deep pocket sheets from my pillow top mattress are a little loose on this mattress but still work well with just a tad bit of "tucking" at the bottom of the mattress, so keep that in mind if you plan to buy sheets along with the mattress. The 10 inch mattress doesn't need the deep pocket sheets like some of the pillowtops do. I fell asleep last night quickly and easily. While the bed is somewhat firm it also has a certain amount of give to it to make it very comfortable and conforming as well. I got up this morning with no pain in my back for the first time in years. It will be interesting to see how it holds up over time. If it does this will be the best choice I ever made!

After sleeping on a firm spring mattress for most of my life (not comfortable), I decided it was time for a new mattress because I was not getting great sleep - mainly because of how hard the mattress felt. I hesitated about memory foam, but I gave it a shot anyway. After a few weeks, I have been getting significantly better sleep. I wake up feeling well-rested and less achy. It's taken some getting used to the memory foam and not having any bounciness as a spring mattress, but I have no complaints about that. Unpacking the mattress was pretty simple. It came vacuum compressed and rolled up in a box about 17 x 17 x 42 inches. It fully expanded after a day, but it was off-gassing pretty badly for a few days, requiring me to leave the window open for a few days. My only complaint is the off-gassing, which faded slowly over a month and a half. I think it's because I didn't give the mattress enough time to fully air out and I live in a colder environment. I was finally able to let it air out all the way. I think the off-gassing taking so long was just an error on my end, not giving it more time to air out in the beginning. Original September/2024: My only complaint is the off-gassing, which has been slowly fading away, but is still quite strong after a month. I guess it's because I haven't given the mattress enough time to fully air out and I live in a colder environment. I purchased a space heater to keep my room a bit warmer and will keep the window and door open for ventilation and hope it helps. I will update my review once I can make the odor go away. UPDATE 10/3/24: After running a heater for a few days, washing the sheets, and leaving the sheets off the mattress for a few days, the off-gassing has faded significantly. UPDATE 10/22/24: I gave it another round to air out recently. I took the sheets off and washed them, opened my window and door, and gave it two days to air out. I can confidently say the off-gassing has finally stopped! The bottom of the mattress was still off-gassing a little too so I leaned it against the wall for a day.

This is our second Lucid mattress, purchased for use in a camper (have you ever tried a "stock" camper mattress?? 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!). The first one we had was a medium plush; this time we went with a regular plush. Great decision for us, and here's why! The medium plush was pretty firm. It did provide a great night's sleep, but we both prefer a slightly softer mattress. I was a little hesitant to go with the plush, but I'm glad we did. It's noticeably softer and still provides a great night's sleep. It let's you sink in - JUST A LITTLE - and really feel supported at the same time. The only thing that could be off-putting is if you sit on the edge of the bed, it does feel really soft and sinks quite a bit. But really, we're not sleeping like that, so it's not a big deal. It's the sleeping part that matters! The quality of these mattresses is great. I would fully expect this mattress to cost double what it costs here. I'm very satisfied with both of my Lucid purchases.

This mattress is truly soft and comfortable. Returned a medium plush as there was no plush in it. Also, not hot just perfect.

I must say that I have purchased Lucid by Linenspa 10" back in 2012, and loved it so much that I bought my mom the same bed in 2019, except it was no longer by Linenspa. The description of the Lucid mattress for both was Medium Firm Feel, and I slept like a baby. I need a new bed and bought Lucid again in February 2023, but this time was Plush Feel, rather than the Medium Firm I had previously. I was so excited to have a new mattress after a decade, and it immediately puffed up to 8 or 9 inches upon opening. There was no smell and never has been in my experience with Lucid. I've waited to write this review because there is always an acclimation period for me with memory foam mattresses, but this one takes the cake. It is the HARDEST mattress I've slept on! Does Lucid know the meaning of Plush??? I wake up with back pains. I don't get a full night's sleep because I have numbing in my legs from this mattress. Worst purchase I've made in 2023 on Amazon. Over 2 months later, and I'm desperately looking for a mattress topper to save me and the physical pain I'm going through. I've had to sleep on my 20 yr old couch for the past couple of weeks, so I can actually get rest. I am not some tiny person either weighing 100lbs, I have substantial weight and the bed is not sinking at all. Plush to me means sleeping on cloud 9 - not a quarry stone. If you are looking for firm as a board memory foam mattress, then look no further. If you want Plush, sink in feeling of being wrapped in a cloud, this ISN'T it. If I had a do over, this mattress would be a hard pass.

I have acid reflux and have been sleeping on a lazy boy love seat for weeks. First night in this new bed was the best sleep I have had in weeks. I have had it now for over a week, no acid reflux, sleep like a baby best investment I have made in a long time.

So plush so soft. A person could lose there job because they won't want to get out of bed. LOVE THIS SO MUCH.
