If you cook on induction hob, then a pressure cooker, once mastered, is a great solution. Cut cooking time by 50%. Cook cheaper cuts of beef and have them butter-soft in a stew. Hard-boil eggs in 6 minutes. Rice in 8 minutes. Potatoes in 8 minutes. Take your time getting used to the quirky lid system, admittedly not the easiest, but worth it. ### ⭐ Zero packaging protection *by B***Y on 23 December 2023* It would have been a fantastic pressure cooker, since I have used Lagostina pressure cookers all my life and know they are great. However, the company sending this pressure cooker used no packaging materials to protect the pressure cooker, so it arrived damaged after having bounced all around inside its box.
