Q: do the balls come out of the puzzle or are they secured inside?

The balls are very well secured inside. The toy is sturdy and safe. This is a great toy for toddlers through young school age. It is one of my kids favorite car trip toys. Hope this helps.

Q: Is this a good airplane toy and will my almost 3 year old get enough play to justify price?

My 3 1/2 year old got about 30 min. of quiet play out of it on a road trip when given to him for the first time. I showed him how it worked and challenged him along the way (i.e. can you put all the balls in the circle). He continued to go back to it with a shorter attenton span each time, but I still chalk it as a win. I buy very few new toys but usually pick up something for each road trip to work the wow factor. This item was worth it for us. I will keep it packed away for the next trip.

I mounted this right on the wall at kid level, in the nurses station. Elementary students were so nervous and full of anxiety that they peeled the paint off the wall where they waited for the nurse. Let's face it when kids feel sick the school nurse is not mommy. Well now the students are so busy playing this they are less anxious about seeing the nurse, the paint stays on the wall and the nurse can easily wipe it clean. Every Elementery Nurses station should have one or two of these.,

Q: Why does this show under "toys made in the usa" when it clearly states made in china?

Perfect for Travel or Quiet Play!

This HABA magnetic maze has been a total win for our family! My toddler stays focused and engaged, especially on car rides or quiet time at home. It’s mess-free, totally self-contained, and the magnetic wand is the perfect size for little hands. I love that it builds fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination without any loose parts to lose. Very busy in the car!

This was a winner for the 3 year old recipient who opened on her excursion to her grandparents in the car. Kept her busy, sans tablet, for awhile.

My son likes it

This is a great puzzle for my 2.5 y/o. It’s his first like this and it’s just right. Fun and engaging while letting him play and explore without any expectations. It seems like good quality but I do worry about it scratching over time. No flaw in the product, just a concern I have.

Kids love it

Bought this for my 3 year old for Christmas. He loves it, and it works great. It's also well loved by our 2 and 5 year olds as well. It looks super cute and it gives them a fun, screen free activity. Not necessarily as engaging as some other activities for the younger kids, but it gets passed around a lot and gets a decent amount of use between the 3 of them. Even with 3 very rambunctious and destructive boys it is holding up great.

Kept my toddler busy! Going to buy a second one.

Loved this for my toddler daughter. Wanted to get a few new things to keep her occupied in the car on a long trip. This kept her (and my husband) busy for about 20 minutes. That is a thumbs up in my book! I even bought the town one as well since the first one was a hit. Like all Haba toys we have, it is sturdy and easy for my toddler to navigate independently. I love how she is able to interact with the scene and talk about the colors, numbers, etc.
