Dreams shattered.Amazon, seriously, have you considered what is wasted simply because folks in your Shipping Dept can't or won't do their jobs?Please do better. Care more. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Taste Good. I recommend It as a snack (if money is not an issue) *by C***S on Reviewed in the United States on October 6, 2020* I don't think I've ever eaten Prunes before, this may be my first time but I bought this to see if I could get more Fiber and here are my thoughts...Pros:- The Taste -It's sweet and fruity, very tasty, it's almost like candy. Try not to eat too many especially because too much fiber can cause stomach issues like gas and bloating.- The Container -Nice compact container. You have to stick this in the fridge when you open it to keep it fresh. The container takes up very little space.Cons:- The Container -It did come slightly damaged on the top of the lid as if the container got crushed on shipping but it was very minor. It wasn't a big deal. The seal was still on. The Prunes were still in the container.- The Container is an illusion -It's kind of like a bag of potato chips. Potato chip bags are not fully filled. This container is not flat on the bottom, instead, it's raised up. Which means the container appears larger than it really is.- Nutritional Facts Chart & Value -I think instead of saying the serving size is 1.5oz, they should give you the actual number of Prunes that make up a serving size. I think this is part of that illusion of the container. If you realized how many you're getting and you look at the price. You might start to think that this is a bit expensive for the amount of prunes you get.- Weird looking & Messy -Since I'm new to eating Prunes, my first impression was, they look weird and they are sort of messy looking but I got over it quick once I tasted them. They will dirty your hands once you touch them. You'll have to wash your hands.- Fiber -The only way to know how much fiber you're getting is to eat the full serving size = 1.5oz. So you better a scale to weigh it otherwise you won't know what that serving size is. And even if you eat the right amount. There's no way to know how much fiber you're actually getting. I felt no difference at all. It was more like candy or a snack for me. I ate at max maybe 4 or 5 Prunes at one time.- Bloating & Gas -This brings me to my next point. I ALSO bought the "Sunsweet Prune Juice" to try. I ate a couple of these Prunes and then I drank an 8oz cup of the Prune juice. DON'T DO THAT! I was very bloated.Also in case you're wondering. The juice taste fine but these pitted Prunes taste even better than the juice. I still haven't finished drinking the container of juice because I rather eat these Prunes instead.- In Conclusion -I don't think I've eaten Prunes before but I enjoyed them. If you like sweet tasting fruit then you should enjoy it.If I could get a much larger container full of Prunes for the same price I would buy more.As for the benefit of eating these Prunes, I didn't notice amazing benefit. It became more of a daily snack but with the servings per container being, 11 per container.
