After reading the reviews, I decided to order a size 6.5, I normally wear a 6 these are very big. I kept these because I felt that they needed a shoe insert to make them more comfortable because they were uncomfortable and have no arch support. Even after putting in supports, they were still a little too big because they run wide and I do not have a wide foot.
