I wish there was more of a variety, I only got it for work because of the egg allergy but there's not much I can actually use working in a kitchen serving 200+ people a day.

This “Egg Allergy” cookbook has a number of recipes with eggs.

Extremely disappointing. I bought this as a secret Santa for a friend who recently discovered an egg allergy. The recipes are VERY basic and it looks like it’s been printed off a computer. Other than the cover it is not a professional finish. Not worth it. Look for other options.
