These are good, tasting gummy‘s, and I really do think it helps with my nails. I don’t know about the skin and hair part that it advertises. It’s an extra source of biotin and vitamins. The only negative is that the gummy‘s stick together really well. And I have to end up, digging them out of the jar which becomes a problem when you get down to the bottom. I have made adjustments so that I can do this, but I kind of wish they had a.n organic powder or something like that on them so they would remain as individual pieces.

This seems to be working well!Prior to taking it my nails were weak and breaking constantly due to perimenopause. Now after only 2 weeks my nails are hard, strong, and retaining length again like they used to. I am unsure on the affect on my hair since my hair was generally healthy before I started but I’m sure time will tell. Just from the improved in my nails alone I will purchase again !
