I replaced the fan in my NUC7i7BNH. Works like a champ!

This is a functional but not an EXACT OEM replacement, as the original fan utilizes MagLev magnetic bearings.It does, however, fit perfect and restores cooling operations to safe levels inside the Intel NUC PC I purchased it for. The CPU Core Temperature is higher with this replacement than with the original fan when it was new and clean.

Easy replacement for intel nuc fan works great

Received a used fan (see photos). Quite the outrage, this could be thousands of hours old, probably why some reviewers experienced rapid failure soon after purchase.

My NUC7i7BNH was overheating at idle, and I realized the fan has completely seized. This fan was a perfect match for my NUC7i7BNH, and now my NUC works like normal.

I bought this to replace a fan that had become noisy and this one is just as noisy. But it does work, and it is the right fit.

My Intel NUC fan started to make a squealing noise and I knew the end was coming. I opened it up expecting to find a small box frame like any other PC, and was dismayed to find it was a low-profile impeller with some ducting because it looked custom and I didn't think it would be easy to find.As it turns out, this particular fan-with-duct is used in a lot of products, and was advertised here as fitting other Intel NUC models. So I tried one and found it was a perfect fit for my NUC5i5BNH. Since that wasn't already listed as a compatible model, I've written this review so that more people who might need this fan can find it.Getting to the fan isn't easy, there are a lot of tiny connectors to undo. The original fan held one of the mounting screws captive, but I used pliers to remove the washer so I could reuse that screw. This replacement has restored the near-silent operation of the NUC.
