You cannot go wrong with sadaf

These are a stable source of citrus for my kitchen. I ground some up and sifted them to get a lime powder. I then mixed the powder with coconut butter and Kerry Irish Butter. I "smooshed" it all together and talk about HEAVEN on whole wheat bread & veggies!!!!!! YUM : }I add the coarser, ground up lime to home made soup for a lovely hint of lime.These will last a long time and "up the ante" of my cooking.

If you’re Persian you know that every Persian woman has one or more bags of these dried limes in her house. The flavor is great and my go to brand when I want to make my vegan Persian stews. My mouth is watering thinking about the flavor this produces in the stew😋
