Looked pretty nice but after less than a week of wearing they completely lost their support at the heels and you can see a clear imprint of my foot in them and now I feel like I'm walking on cardboard. Although, they are warm having faux fur in the foot the size is way off. I ordered a 8-9 based on my shoe size and the chart, but these are more like 11-12. They are also very wide. Unfortunately, I’ll have to return and I’m not sure if I will purchase a replacement. I may look for something different.Update: After reviewing my comment on the slippers, I was contacted by the company to see if they could assist me with the order received. I was surprised and welcomed their offer to replace the slippers with another size or pair within their stock. They also did not request the return of the slipper I did not want. I did select a soft blue slipper which I received within a few days. It is very comfortable and fits perfectly. A big thanks for excellent customer service. I would recommend buying something from this vendor. ### ⭐⭐⭐ They call them KushyShoo, but they are anything but that. *by W***N on Reviewed in the United States on December 2, 2017* I have been with these slippers for several months now, and overall they are very durable. The soles can handle walking outside, no problem at all (though I rarely did save for a couple puppy emergencies) and the seams are extremely high quality. Then you get to the soles...After 3 months, there is zero give. Nothing - At all! You're basically standing on a hard rubber sole with a little fuzz on top of it. I have hardwood floors, and my podiatrist basically said no. You can NOT wear those in your house or you will destroy [an existing, but recovering issue in] your ankle.If you're a bit of a seamstress, you could try sewing in another layer with a supportive insole, because like I say, very high quality otherwise.
