First let me say, there are several supplements for sale that have the exact same ingredients as this product, via different manufactures. (Must be the patent recently expired). This is the second one I've tried, with the first being "Dr. Tobias". They both work pretty well on my asthma symptoms with the "Exhale" seemingly to be a little more potent than this competitor. Greater potency, unfortunately can also initiate greater side effects. I found this product to cause some GI upset, but have alleviated the problem by taking it with food (which the label reccomends anyway). The "Dr. Tobias" however, I could just slam down with my morning coffee with out complications. I have noticed I breath better for longer when i take the "Exhale", and, given the right set of circumstances, can even exercise without using my emergency inhaler. As a bonus, the "Exhale" is also the less expensive of the two.

I get seasonal allergies that make it hard to breathe. As well as congestion when I breathe second hand smoke. Which happens more than you would think as I don’t smoke and don’t live with a smoker. However every store front in my area is litter with smokers who can’t walk two feet from the door to smoke. So I decided to try these exhale pills hoping they would help and I really feel like they have. While being outside I breathe easier. That being said I’m not going to breathe second hand smoke if I can help it. However when I head into the grocery store with smokers standing next to entrance the effects of the cloud I have to walk through quickly disappear. The anger not so much!

Noticed a difference within a couple of days, but it is very hard on my stomach. Take it with food.

Excellent to dry and/or prevent the excess mucus I produce with bronchial asthma & COPD.Helped my sleep and then awakened feeling refreshed several times.HOWEVER: I soon had muscle cramping in my legs when I awoke after use; tried stopping & starting it several times to conclude this cause & muscle cramping effect for me, from this product. (The experience gave me new appreciation for how much pain the normal & usual birthing cramps must give to women!)Then I discarded the product due to the severe leg muscle cramping pain; & due to concern about it possibly cramping additional muscles while I slept, such as my heart.Sure wish I knew which ingredient(s) or combination thereof could cause the cramps, so I could ensure avoiding them.Craig

I am a believer in herbal remedies. Have been for over 50yrs. (I'm 71). Waited to write review till I was taking for awhile, well have been taking this for one month now, and it does work for me. My breathing is so much stronger, and when I do get out of breath from exertion, it doesn't take long to breath normally... very happy I tried this, and it is affordable. Will order again. ( I don't take and have never taken prescription meds only herbal supplements)

I have asthma and have actually noticed a difference with this! It has helped me recover faster from coughs from colds as well. I sing in a choir, despite my asthma, but always had to work very hard to warm my voice up and get the air out on higher notes. I was never able to hold the notes as long as my fellow singers. I was about a month in when I began to really feel the difference in my chest/lungs. I am able to push the notes out so much more easily and hold them for longer. I 100% recommend this product. It is easy on the stomach as well.

It’s very bad my heart starts beating faster and feel uncomfortable breathing please don’t take anything without permission from your doctor specially this kind it’s really damaged my heart beats I don’t feel good and you can’t even return it no response from anybody if something happened to you stop 🛑 ✋ don’t use please
