The animals used to make our treats are never given hormones or steroids and all the chickens are raised with No Antibiotics Ever. I hope that this helps. If it was 2 bags it would tell you 2 bags of 12 oz. If it says 24 oz. it is one bag of 24 oz. So you should just get one bag.

Q: About what size is each treat? Just wondering how long, wide and thick they are.

Each piece is about 4 1/2 in. long-1 1/2 in across- and about 1/4 in thick. These are easily broken and done is pieces. These are not as hard to break as a regular piece of beef jerky a person would eat. Hoe your fur baby enjoys them as much as our does.

Q: Why do the ingredients on the 24 oz package match the description, but all other selections have different ingredients?

I have bought the chicken jerky in the 24 oz package and also in the smaller 12 oz package. The ingredients listed were the same on both: chicken, dried cane molasses, vinegar, and rosemary extract. Are you comparing identical products?
