Nice product
Seems like a really good design. However the filter part just pushes on and pulls off. Which is great for cleaning it as needed. But it makes it impossible to twist on and off the valve cover because there is nothing to grip for that but the filter part. So to twist on and off the valve cover I remove the filter part and use a large flat head screw driver and insert it in one of the slots on top and twist on and off as needed. But maybe the engineer who designed it made it that way on purpose.

Very high quality part.
This is a beautifully machined device not some chinsey chinese plastic thing. I bought it because my car engine is known to develop excess internal pressure and blow out it's rear main seal and this is insurance against that. I don't know exactly why but since I installed it I stopped getting a check engine light and my long term fuel mixture reading has settled down.Regardless of all that I'm confident this will work as designed and prevent excess crankcase pressure in my high mileage GM 2.4.

Works as stated
Works great for any extra pressure, seal is a little hard to seat into valve cove. But over all great product and definitely adds protection

Engine (life) saver
I love this!! I recommend everyone with a equinox to purchase this. It would be nice if it came with a couple filters but this has saved me hundreds of dollars in oil and saved me from expensive repairs

Quality, fitment
The only thing I can think of that could improve this product is knurling on the top where you grab to remove it.Id like to know if the check ball inside would be safe if the unit was sprayed out with brake clean. It is nicely made!

Looks cool but.....
I bought it for my 2012 chevy equinox to help the flawed pcv system and to slow down oil consumption a bit but after installation it made the engine sound loud like something was rattling. It turns out the plastic ball is rattling around like the little ball in a whistle does and after 40 miles there is no difference. I am returning it and installing the ACDELCO vented oil cap.

This also fits gmc terrain 3.6 v6 motors.
The gm exotec equinox and terrain have the same oil cap diameter as the 3.6 v6 model. I am guessing probably the case with the acadia, enclave and traverse with 3.6 v6 as the motor. Ohh and maybe the colorado... maybe.I threw on an added hose clamp so the filter doesn't pop off but it works like its suppose to. I bought it as a redundant pcv valve. I have huge alien hands and if the pcv valve is plugged on my terrain it throws a code and can blow engine seals. This acts like a pressure relief valve when crank case pressure is too high.

Seems to work good
Easy installation, with snug fit. Have to lubricate rubber seal before installation though to prevent no sticking. Haven't noticed any abnormal noise associated with it. I got this product to prevent another rear main seal blowout on my 2016 Chevrolet Equinox.
