Worked like a charm
Had a top load washer from Samsung that just kept dispensing water. Wouldn’t stop. Went on YouTube and found out a valve was stuck open. 20 minutes after the part was delivered I had the new one in and it works beautifully. A+

Got more than what I paid for
I watched a video on how to install this on my washer because of the issues I was having. I wish I would have known about this before I paid $200 to a company that "fixed" something but really didn't fix the issue. I ordered and installed this... haven't had any issues since! Love it!

Perfect part!
Fit perfectly! Water constantly running even when the machine is off and unplugged means your hot or cold water valve is stuck open and this is the part to fix it

Poor Fit - Potentially Shrunken Plastic Molds
I purchased this item twice and returned both times - massive, violent, spraying leaks at the water inlets.The plastic housing seems to have shrunk after the molding process. The housing was slightly too small as noticed by the screw holes spanning the part not lining up with the holes on the machine. This also showed up by way of the threads on the water inlet being too small and causing violent leaks and spraying when the water was turned on. I tried multiple methods to fix the poor fit, but I always ended up with leaks. I didn't feel comfortable leaving the house with the water on!
