What do you do as the binding burns thru?

If the binding begins to burn, you may put that flame out and you will still be able to hold the Sage by the end of the bundle. Just be sure to keep your fire-safe bowl close by in case it is needed or for when your smudge is complete.

Who can i contact if the palo santo sticks are missing from my order?

I would contact Amazon and tell them you didn’t receive your order to get a credit back. They will refund it all back to you.
