Surprisingly, this helps me stay asleep for around 7 hrs so far. I have been using the product for around a week. I take prescription meds at night, designed to calm me down , reduce arthritic pain & help me get off to sleep. Sadly, they don't always work & often i lie awake night after night, unable to put worries to rest. I have tried all sorts of herbal sleep aids but most of them either do not work or i may awaken feeling like i have a hangover. I have been taking two of these around 2 hours before bed & my pain & calming meds an hour later. WOW! from the third night on these i have slept like a baby & no "hangover" effect whatsoever. I feel & look so much better. Insomnia is torture for me. I have just put these gems on my subscribe & save list. So, yes, i can recommend them but bear in mind, everyone is different. (This review has been written of my own volition in the hope that this product might help others ❤️).

I've now ordered this 7 times and I'd regularly take it before bed, because I felt it helped my sleep, but not much more than taking just magnesium on it's own - I'd alternate them and wasn't sure if I would just use magnesium. But! I've shifted to taking 3 hours before bed and it's been life-changing. The bottle ambiguously says "take it in the evening". I read a study about melatonin timing that caused me to try this. The effects of this new timing are life-changing: Sleepy at bedtime, and waking up alert in the morning, for the first time in my entire Iife! Every day. Even if I stay up too late, I'm tired from lack of sleep but I'm more alert and more relaxed all day. I'm clearer headed all day. Proper consistent sleep for the first time in my life has cleared a brain fog I didn't even realise I'd had until it was gone. I'm astonished and excited by the improvement so I wanted to share my experience here.

I've found these useful, as I'm a poor sleeper. But ... They've made these bottles so "tamper-proof" that regular folks can't open them. I had to ask a young builder to open the bottle for me, and even he found it difficult! I may have to find an alternative. I found these useful as I'm a poor sleeper

Not that great, taking two pills every night for over a month now and still not working.

Well I took 2 tablets as instructed, I took them at 10pm, 2 hours later I did feel tired so went to bed only to toss and turn for 3 hours until I got up to make tea and watch TV, lol I did go to sleep about 6am but I could have done this without paying for the pills. At least it has all the B vitamins so may use it during the day as it does not help me sleep.

Amazing supplements, helps my husband get a good night's rest and wake up refreshed. Now it's the second time I've ordered both for myself and for him. Thank you

These have really helped with my sleep. I take ages to get to sleep and wake a lot but I get to sleep much sooner and don’t wake as much but if I do i soon get back to sleep and i wake feeling a bit more normal. Not groggy or headache etc. definitely works for me.

Don't really work for me... bit of a waste of money

hab mich immer müde und schlapp am tag gefühlt kam von zu wenig schlaf mit dem night complex der elite series von tdn fühle ich mich nun viel ausgeruhter und fitter am tag es ist wie ein wunder schon nach dem zweiten tag deutlich spürbar nehme übrigens 2 capseln am abend eine stunde vor dem ins bett gehen keine kopfschmerzen oder andere nebenwirkungen also es ist wirklich super ausser dem nehme ich noch macopur für die sehkraft von tdn bin sehr zu frieden und der preis ist klasse ich kann beide präperate nur wärmstens empfehlen

Okay, meine Bewertung kann ich sehr unfair sein, weil ich heftige Schlafstörungen habe. Daher ist meine Feststellung auch vielleicht nicht sehr hilfreich für Leute, die nicht ganz so heftige Schlafstörungen haben. Ich habe mit dem Präparat nichts feststellen können. Es war so, als hätte ich ein Glas Wasser getrunken.
