Absolutely not!!! Old Country Roses has a metal trim. It will probably overheat and crack the piece.

Hi Oscar. They are bone China. I love them and think they are beautiful. If they are actually made in England, I don't know. I am very thankful to have bought such good quality for a reasonable price.

The plates I bought were made in Indonesia. None are made in England anymore, so I have heard.
