Does what it’s meant to do 🥰 although this is my replacement as my other one had a split on the bottom right across where the screw was, so do check. But amazon was very quick to send out a replacement

Has made crocheting easier. I haven't tried the bowls you can get but this is cheaper and seems like it would let the wool out more smoothly than a bowl?

Spent a while debating on getting one for crocheting and have seen them around.1, it's bigger than I thought and will easily fit larger balls of yarn on. Even if it only goes half way though a large on it's still secure enough to hold it.2, it turns really smoothly. I was spending a while just spinning it around, it's quite satisfying. So it doesn't snag or catch while you're working.3, I didn't realise how annoying it was to have a ball of yarn rolling around, getting tangled and having to constantly yank it while working. This totally eliminated all that frustration and now I can keep crocheting without stopping.Glad I bought one finally and now I can't do a larger project without it.

Quick delivery nice and sturdy does what says

It’s ok but like others I find the wool gets caught at the base so doesn’t unravel smoothly and unaided. Holds 100g fine. So 3* as disappointed I’m having to stop knitting and unravel repeatedly.

This was my plan B as plan A was not going to arrive in time. Turned out to be better than plan A and is in full use, with plan A being used as an ornament :)

The first one I bought broke within a couple of months. The 2nd, the wood is a bit rough and catches the wool sometimes. Amazing concept and makes crocheting so much easier but they need to be made to a higher quality.
