BLAI2E: Blaire Part 2 (Dark Romance Series) Paperback – Large Print, February 18, 2018

This author is amazing okay I won't lie I'm very irked it took longer then expected to come out but oh my gosh worth the wait. We start right where Blair and Charlie left off. It adds some intricate spins and twists to the story that keep the book engaging and not just leftover PTSD. She manages to evoke emotion and love in her stories so flawlessly it's hard not to like all the characters. We get a little bit more insight of Charlie's brothers which I think she is saving for future books Awesome! We already know Blair was emotional and sexually abused. But the story starts off bam in another place. Blair realizes she needs to save her brother James. Who managed to get himself caught in his own web. Most of the story focuses on Charlie and Blair which I like. I think authors can get to wound up creating new storylines and characters that they forget who the story is about. Its heartbreaking and lovely. I CAN'T wait for the next book and If you liked the first book you'll love this book SHOULD BE READ IN ORDER. I recommend authors Tillie Cole, Addison Cain and A. Zavarelli if you're like me and read this book in a day. SO the Author finally released an update AFTER LITERALLY YEARS the release date but it is set tentatively for January 2023!!! I am beyond effin ready. I read this series all the way back in 2017/2018***updated Feb 2022

5 amazing stars for BLAI2E and Anita Gray.Blaire is conditioned and wants to be with Charlie while saving the one person she has in her life.Charlie is Blaire's savior and wants to love her but with his monster lurking he has to be careful.I've been waiting for Blai2e, since I read part 1 and I can honestly say that it was worth it even though the wait was long.Blai2e has all the details of part 1 and so much more. Anita's, recap of part 1 brings you right back to where it left off.Charlie and Blaire relationship is the epitome of soul-crushing and forever. It's dark and light, hate and love, and dangerous and endearing. They deal with their relationship as they see fit.The scenes in this book is dark, disturbing, and hot. They go into depth of how menacing, and steamy they really are. The other characters in blai2e are good too but some of them need to be punch in the face.Thank you Anita for your dark words and for letting me into the world of Blai2e.Blai2e is one of my favorite reads of 2018.

I have to give Anita Gray some credit, she knows how to dark and deadly!! And sweet and passionate as well. This series... I love it. We get a better look into Blair and her new ways of thinking. We also get to meet the real Charlie. The love that Charlie has for Blair is where legends come from. When you love someone so much you will vertically do anything for them. To keep them safe. To prove your love. And poor Blair. This poor girl knows nothing but what she has been conditioned to know. Young and shy in a sense. Trying to find her way now that she is free from her previous life. But are we ever really free? I think in a sense we always feel, in the back of our minds, that things can go back to the way they were in the blink of an eye. But Blair is quite possibly one of the strongest heroines that's have read in a while. She's learning right from wrong learning up from down. Learning how to love. But she's a bad bad chica and you don't want to stand in her way. The ending of this book ripped me to shreds. Made me love Charlie that much more and I can not wait to see what happens next!!!!!

I want to give this book 100 stars. The author fantastically captures the passion between Charlie and Blaire. She is an innocent demon and he is a demonic innocent. As their lives intertwine the lines of good/bad ,right/wrong are not just blurred but obliterated. The plot unfolds at a breathtaking pace. So many twists and turns,revelations and personal awareness all unfold at a mind blowing pace. And the passion!!! Gaawd, off the charts erotic. I'll never look at a candle the same again. Their scenes are so hot your fingers will burn as you turn the pages! Be prepared and have a box of tissues nearby you'll need them. If you've gotten this far I don't have to warn you about the numerous triggers. I absolutely can't wait for the next book. All I hear in my head is Blair sobbing and gasping " Charlie". Be still my heart.

I love loved this series and have been waiting years for the final book. I hate not having an ending

BLARE (Part 1) must be read prior to reading BLAI2E. This book has graphic scenes and is definitely intended for 18+ years of age.Storyline – Wow. Let me just say that the plot was good! I never expected author Anita Gray to go in the direction that she did! At the beginning of the book we see that Blaire is captured, sold and drugged. The reader doesn’t immediately find out exactly what happened. Grey leaves tidbits of what transpired to Blaire and Charlie throughout the story. I couldn’t read the book fast enough to figure out how Blaire and Charlie were separated! LolThere’s love, lust, betrayals and so much angst in this story! I noticed that one reader said that this book ended on a cliffhanger – I feel it did not. It may not have ended the way that reader wanted it to end, but it was not a cliffhanger. Another reader commented on the poor grammar but the protagonists’ grammar was basically the same as in book 1. That’s just how they spoke - whether right or wrong - their vocabulary help define the character of each person in this book.Character Development – As you just read the character development was good. I felt it was actually better than book 1. I actually felt that there was more consistency and better descriptions in book 2 than in book 1. Without giving anything away let me just say that the ending is epic and totally surprising!

This is without a doubt one of the best and most fascinating series I've ever read.

If I could describe my ultimate dark nirvana Blai2e would be it. Anita has delivered such a phenomenal sequel to Blaire, taking both Blaire & Charlie to unbelievable new heights, while delivering such a masterful, emotional, dangerously dark story of love, loss & betrayal.Christ. I just don’t even know where to start in writing this review. This book has dragged me willingly into a world of such breathtaking opposites. I’ve soared with Blaire & Charlie to the most magnificent heights, basking in the love & tenderness they have learnt to embrace. Yet equally I’ve found myself drowning right beside them during their darkest lows, so overcome with real acute pain, as these two magnificent characters grappled with their own darkness, battled their own demons & succumbed to their own & each other’s devastating destruction.I knew life was never going to be easy for this pair, even though my heart yearned for all of life’s goodness to grace them, it was no surprise that their story would cripple me so completely. I truly didn’t want to continue at times, the scenes were too real, to powerful & so overwhelming they hurt my very being. Yet even feeling all of this, I couldn’t not keep turning the pages, because every fibre of my soul craved the next twist, the next heartbreak, the next soul crushing punch to the gut. Anita’s words were my drug & I couldn’t come close to getting enough.Stunning writing from cover to cover. A masterclass of gripping, gut wrenching, darkness that has left me utterly desperate for more. I don’t say this lightly, but Charlie Decana has fast become my ultimate male alpha hero. Strong, powerful, slightly lost & vulnerable in a love he can’t control, no matter how hard he tries. This man will always be my #16 Soul Stealing Stars

This tale of abuse, survival and love is woven in such a captivating way. You celebrate the wins, feel the fear and shed tears, interesting character combination of naïve and deadly makes for a great character and also there is no perfection with everyone having flaws

I'm speechless. I honestly don't know what to say. I was bawling my eyes out reading this story. I feel so hurt on behalf of Charlie. He went above and beyond for her and she treated him like crap. His men! His poor men?! I felt so upset she didn't get punished for her crimes. It was so wrong on many levels. I'm so not team Blaire. I guess we wait for part 3.
