These came at the perfect time! I was having cramps so I slapped one on. It took a couple minutes to heat up but once it was warm, it definitely offered relief.The adhesive lasted for over 12 hours (that’s when I took it off after I woke up as I noticed it wasn’t hot anymore).It’d be nice if they were reusable.I have to agree with another reviewer- there’s definitely some magic ingredients in these that helped me and offered relief.If you’re on the fence just buy them they are worth it when you need it!

I bought this product for my daughter, and she loves it! It’s nontoxic and safe, which gives me peace of mind. The quality is great, and it works exactly as promised. Highly recommend 14 teen girls to pack in their backpack for simple relief at school.

I first saw them recommended by a content creator that said the essential oils helped her cramps. I can attest to the fact that these help my cramps way more than the heating pads I have purchased from CVS/local drug stores. I prefer the small size over the large size because the rectangle shape better fits the area I need vs. the U shape of the large size. The adhesion wears off a few hours in so I have experienced these falling off my clothes. I recommend finding a couple pairs of shorts that work well and making sure those are clean when that time of the month arrives! The heat lasts for a few hours, which is very ideal. These have gotten me through some really tough days, especially the times where I can’t bear to leave the house but I have some sort of commitment that day. I stock up and make sure I always have these on hand!!

I wish I had these growing up. A friend turned me on to these last year and they are a godsend. I absolutely love these. You can put them in your bag and take them on the go. No one knows when you’re wearing one. It’s nice to have that heat, and I don’t know how exactly the natural ingredients helps but somehow it does help with the cramping. I just love them.

Not sure why I subscribed to these. They only work some of the time. Sometimes they don’t heat up at all. After they’ve been worn for a short time, all the heating stuff inside settles to the bottom of the patch, so it’s bulgy at the bottom, and falls off. Or, it’s bulgy at the bottom and burns that spot because all the heating stuff is there. Never again. Sticking with the thermacare ones even though they’re more expensive. At least those ones work.

I can't tell if I like these or not. Sometimes it's hard to feel the warmth and when it is noticeably warm it's weird like it feels nice but weird almost like the heat makes me nauseous. I don't know I'm weird but if you want a decent heating pad sure get these but I'm certain you can get similar pretty much anywhere.

I have used this twice while on my period and they have worked so well. I mostly use it in the night though before I go to bed, both times when I was feeling intense pain I don't know how it is when you're up and about.BUT I will say thought both times when I used it I don't know when I fall asleep but I sleep peacefully

these things have helped me tremendously with going out and living life! sometimes my period really needs a heating pad but I want to go out...this covers that perfectly. I've worn these out to shows many times and it lasts well over 8 hours. it's even made me sweat from how hot it gets! it isn't visible when wearing (black) leggings so it blends well.my one complaint is the adhesion isn't very good. when I pull down my underwear, the stretching causes it to get loose so it falls off sometimes but it can be put right back on. it's worth the extra step for how much freedom it provides.
