I’ve read a lot about temperature control and you NEED to adjust you “p” setting. This adjusts the speed at which pellets are moved to the burn chamber. It stands for “pause” and a low P means faster movements. Faster movement means more pellets- and more heat.If you are using it to smoke, it needs to be set to at least 4!I’ve used it once and it worked like a charm. Still working on temp control, but I think it did just fine.
