Kids Hula Hooping DVD, Childrens Hula Hoop Exercise with Molly and the Hoola Monsters Fun Fitness

Never would have guessed that I would fall in love with this kids video but I did. I love the story line, the creative method of teaching hoop dance to children. Half way through the video, I turned it off, went to the site and ordered a copy for my niece whom I introduced to hoop dancing. I did not need to see the whole video before knowing that it would lighten up my little girls life. I am told she can't get enough of her video and trying all of tricks. Needless to say, I have earned favorite aunty status..LOL.I love teaching children how to hula hoop dance and consider this video to be a valuable addition to my hoop collection. I've recommend it to my hooping class.

The instruction portion of this video is very helpful, but the adventure portion is intended for a very young person. My 9 year old watched it and said "what is this pre-school?!"

It is definitely geared for young children. Perfect for ages 4-8! Good way to get kids into hooping. Fun storyline along with cool music and fun bright characters. Sure to make your little ones smile

This book is kind of cute. I gave it as a gift for a four year old. I also purchased a small Hula Hoop to go with it.

Not much instruction.

a complete waste of money, slow, uninspiring and poorly done. Low budget. Was hoping for so much more.

This 2-part video series was very helpful! The instruction part helped to break down moves in such a way where kids can easily understand.
