Direct replacement!
This part is a genuine MOPAR part and is a direct replacement if you've got a newer vehicle already with a 3-prong plug outlet. If your cover is broke, or you broke the outlet by pulling the wrong way on a plug, then this is what you need. If you're looking to add an outlet to your vehicle or upgrade from the older 2-prong style (no ground) then do not buy this without knowing what you're getting into. Adding an outlet to your vehicle when it didn't come with one, or upgrading will require a lot more parts than this. You'll need bezels, cables, covers, switches, and the inverter as well. If you've already done your homework and know everything you need, then great, this is the part you want to finish off the install and make it look factory.

Back connection did not fit. 2022 Gladiator. Returned without any problems.

This is exactly like the factory part. Fits and works perfect. If there is a complaint it is that there are no instructions, like most OEM parts. If you are wondering if you need to pull the radio bezel, you do.
