I usually wear a US size 10 in jeans, and this fits my waist comfortably, but It could be a tad tighter. My actual measurements with a tape measure are waist=35", hips=40", & thighs=21"each. I think this skirt is made for women with small waists & bigger butts & hips. I had to take it in on each side because it almost looked like jockey pants. I also had to add some white lace to the distressed hole area on the upper backside of the skirt, because you could see part of my butt/underwear and I felt it was wayyy too revealing. There is no stretch to the material either; it's a very thin denim.
