My $80 zip waist trainer from INSTACURVE has a broken zipper so I decided to try this cheaper option. It arrived today and I tried it on. I am 5'3, 160 lbs, very small waist. The XS fit fine. The zipper didn't provide a smooth zip. I had to stop zipping, adjust, continue zipping. I did the same thing, unzipping. I don't feel like I'm dying & it fits over my clothing. I'm hopeful about this purchase. I will update this review if anything changes for the worse. Get you one, ladies! I'm not mad with this purchase, at all...

I always find it hard to really gauge what size to buy so hopefully this helps. I first purchased a 3x bc I’m a size 16-18. When I measure my waist (one inch above my navel) it’s 46.5 inches. I was able to zip the 3x closed but it was tough to do so and uncomfortable while sitting. I ordered the 4x so I’ll review once I get it. As far as quality, I’ve order plenty of waist trainers they are made cheaply and don’t last. I never came across a waist trainer with this quality at this price point. Definitely feel like I found a gem. I will continue to size down throughout my weight loss journey! If you find the right size don’t hesitate this is definitely worth the $$$

I'm 5'7 250 pounds. According to my waist measurements I should've fit a 6x but ordered a 4x because I wanted to be snatched up. I made a good choice. It fit a lil snug but that's the goal. I like the support and the feel. This is my first waist trainer. I work out in it and also wear it throughout the day. I will get another soon.The only thing I didn't take into account is back fat. It comes oozing out of the top of the waist trainer. I thought I prob bought the wrong size but I hear it's normal. I mean I guess the fat gotta go somewhere in the meantime. Lol

I ordered an XL based on the reviews saying it runs true to size. It does not, I had to order a 3XL and it is still too tight. I will hang on to it because it is a great quality and I love the fit but really needed a 4XL. I am 5' 6", 220 lbs and athletic build.

The material is good quality and fits as expected. I am able to wear all day without discomfort. My issue as listed by other reviews is the zipper. The end piece is not long enough to keep the other side intact and splits open at the bottom when trying to put on. Takes some finagling with the straps to keep everything together so it doesn’t split. After some wear the top portion no longer zips properly. I am only able to zip 3/4 of the way because the top portion of the zipper no longer connects. This product would be better if they used a better quality zipper. I’m 180 and ordered a large. I am on the last clasp so will order a smaller size elsewhere.I’ve had this item for almost 2 months.

Not bad quality at all, but there are definitely better ones out there. Too tight/small as brand new but once you wear it in a bit it fits true to size

Fits perfect and does the job. I highly suggest you measure yourself before ordering. If you’re getting this for weight loss I suggest you order your size based off your measurements. It’s a struggle to get this on at first because the zipper but at the same time the zipper make it sturdy. It doesn’t fold or bulge out when you sit. I wear mines for 10+ hours a day 5-6 days a week. sometimes I forget I have it on. It works wonders for your back so that’s bonus. It got my waist together in no time with CONSISTENT wear.
