I'm 5ft 5in, about 210, and typically wear between an XL - 2XL, usually 2x for juniors items. I got this dress in the xxl, and I love it! I am busty, and often dresses are cut wrong in the arm holes and end up gaping and showing my bra. No bra peeking through in this one! I am 5'3" 160 lbs and I normally wear medium to large clothes. I went with the large because I wanted it to be flowy and I love the fit of this dress! It was my first time buying a loose, free flowing, unstructured type of dress, so I was worried about this dress looking too boxy, but it actually gives a nice shape! The material is very soft and stretchy. The length came to just above my knees which was perfect for me. The dress fits tighter at the top and then just flows down. I wanted the dress to be loose so I'm very happy with the size I chose. I also really love the color and I would say it's pretty true to what I saw online and it was what I was expecting.I live in a hot, humid climate, and while the material isn't the thinnest (not super thick either), it was light enough to stay cool. This dress is formal enough that I was able to wear it to an interview with a pair of sandals and I was dressed up enough for the occasion, plus I liked the slightly longer than expected aspect of this dress so that it was not too short and revealing for this occasion (I was able to sit down and have full coverage in the back, unlike other dresses I've bought).
