I bought this belt for my mother who is around 60 as she was experiencing a lot of lower and middle back pain. She had this pain for a while but once she wore the belt, it really helped her and the pain was eased. She was able to move around and continue with her daily doings. The fit is absolutely brilliant and it is really comfortable. The support provided has really helped my mother and it is quite straight forward to use. I highly recommend it if you are experiencing back pain or even if you want to use it to sweat!!

Speedy delivery. Comes in a nice lil bag. Only used it for 30 minutes on the treadmill and the sweat was drippin!!..Good quality belt 👌💯 nice fit too.Regarding reviews saying it don't stick properly and don't make you sweat...obviously aren't using it right - the velcro is super sticky and if ya doing ya workout right then you will certainly get a sweat on while wearing this belt 😜I'm impressed with it 👌💯🏃‍♀️

The slimming belt is comfortable to wear. Easy to put on as it uses Velcro to keep hold. It also helps with back posture due to the rigid material - it does bend a little (when you bend) but encourages keeping correct posture when bending or lifting objects.Personally I went for size M which is perfect fit for me. I would suggest going for L if your waist size is around 36 and up, otherwise it may feel uncomfortable to wear due to tight fit.Cannot comment on the effects yet as it is too soon, but based on other reviews, results should be visible over the next couple of weeks!
