I wish it could be fully disassembled for more thorough cleaning. I’ve never tried putting it in the dishwasher, so I can’t comment on that aspect. Another minor issue is the container capacity — it fills up pretty quickly, and sometimes you’ll find diced pieces falling onto the table before you realize it’s full. On the bright side, the suction cups on the bottom keep it firmly in place while cutting, which is a huge plus. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase. I love this chopper! I bought this chopper to help me with Thanksgiving prep. I have hand mobility issues that make chopping and cutting very hard to do, especially in large quantities. This chopper made it very easy to get everything prepped and in record time! It was easy to assemble and also was super easy to clean. So far I am very happy with this product and have recommended it to a few friends!

Very easy assembly, under 5 minutes. Works like a charm. The only downside is that the cutting adjustments don’t correspond to inches or millimeters. Just had to adjust as required. Small inconvenience. Solid product.

I love this gadget and I have them all. I have an mini chopper, a cheese shredder, a mandolin and 2 spiralizers. THIS takes the cake. It is so simple to use, clean up is SO EASY, safety features perfect. I'm fighting cancer naturally (#fightingnaturally) and every day I have to have salads packed with everything nutritious. Everything I eat has to count and every minute I spend prepping has to count. Plus it has to look pretty for my posts. With the Once for All I can shred, dice or chop garlic, tomatoes big and small, carrots, celery, cucumbers, onions, beets, peppers, squash and all kinds of fruits. Basically, anything that i can fit in the shoot. I rarely spend the time to review but I have to rave. They deserve it. Thank you.

It's a simple, basic unit that can handle most the tasks you thought you wanted a mandoline for but... It's small so you'll have to cut foods into chunks that will fit into its feed chute. Everything they could get away with is made of hard plastic so don't expect a long life of regular use from this. It's more of an inexpensive way to find out if you'll actually use a mandoline enough to justify buying a good sturdy one.
