The set up for delivery was great! They gave me a time window and kept me updated through emails. When it arrived i didn’t know what i was in for with all of the styrofoam and cardboard, but i will say that it was worth it. Everything came beautifully intact except the mirror to the dresser. As you can see the small portion at the top was broken. I was upset to find this when i opened the box, however with great communication from the company they offered to give me a discount due to the damage. I’ll be able to fix this by cutting out the mirror and replacing it, instead of shipping back a 50 lb mirror. Overall i was very satisfied with the furniture as it truly is solid wood! Be prepared to use a dolly because this is some heavy furniture. But, it will last a very long time! And the finish is not necessarily silver but more of a champagne look which i liked even better. Also, the headboard may look black in the advertised pictures, but it is a darker grey, which in my opinion, looks even better. Would i buy from them again? Absolutely!
