Yes, it does run small, but I ordered up a size & am glad I did! Although the material is thin & doesn't quite match the pic, the quality isn't terrible. I've washed, (and dried), it twice & have had no issues with the decal cracking. Just an FYI... I bought mine on Feb. 18, 2020, and received it on March 9th. As of March 11, 2020, the Seller has apparently "upgraded" the material, so I might buy another one! I have learned that every person has a different experience and if the price is right, try it for yourself! I'm glad i did...
