I couldn’t find the assembly instructions and thought they were missing like many reviews and eventually heard them tucked up in the opening the back of the chair has. It’s honestly a ridiculous place to put them but whatever. Customer service responded within 48 hours but I’ve always located the instructions and put it together. Assembly was straightforward for the most part but there were a few times things didn’t screw in easily and lots of elbow grease and a hammer had to be used.
