Nice thick wool insoles. They still fit well into all my shoes despite being so thick (as long as you take out the stock insole of course). Really good value since you get 4 altogether. Because of how they are made you can kind of peel them apart into two half thickness insoles if you want to do that.Also really good if you have a foot injury or sore spot like a corn, cut, ulcer etc. You can just cut a hole wherever you need to take pressure off a spot. Cutting out the area of the big toe helped greatly after a toe injury taking the pressure off.

I have used these before. They really do a great job of keeping my feet warm in cold weather; warmer than any other insole bought from pharmacy and chains. I have these in my slippers which get worn out. I also use these in my winter hiking boots.You do have to realize that these are serious insulators and are thick; meaning that you have to have room in the shoe for them AND your foot.You cannot use these on tight or normal fit shoes.I have circulation problems and actually have a separate collection of shoes for the winter which are an entire size larger to accommodate these inserts and/or thicker wool socks. Thicker socks are good but easily get compressed. These insoles are 5-8mm thick (from memory) and really insulate from the ground.They will get compressed over time. A nice trick to extend their use is to turn upside down and switch R and L insoles. I have done this with many of my older ones over the years.

I was looking for insoles to put in my too large snow boots and rain boots and these were the perfect solution. They have the right amount of padding, make my boots fit better and make them warm and comfortable.

These were almost a perfect fit for my women's size 7-1/2. Just what my slightly large doc martens needed. I put them underneath the insole. I'd buy these again for other shoes and boots.

I've got an old pair of slippers that I don't want to get rid of. These inserts can be cut easily to fit. Super comfy.
