Original and very useful product
Seller Diplomat was very prompt in delivery. Geniune product. Very useful for DIY projects. Even professional carpenters use this. Tip - New users pls wear a cotton glove on your left hand to tighten and loosen the drill/screw bit till you get control (for speed) over the trigger.

Key less chuck is very easy to use , and best quality of Makita.
It is very sturdy drill machine . Quality of Makita is very good. Especially its Key less Chuck make it it very easy to use and bit changing process becomes very fast. Its well known Japanis brand. in tools.

Overall nice product . Would have been better if Torque setting is also provided even if the price is a bit higher. Also the cord length is more by another metre.

I tried to exchange as it does not have variable speed.
This drill does not have variable speed and would damage the screw threads, I was specifically looking for screw drive drill but this kind has much power. Wrote to makita and waiting for response for replacing it with other product.
