I was very surprised at how bright these were and didn't believe the 5.5 watt power draw they advertise. I measured it myself and sure enough they all were below 5.5 watts. Best deal I've found on LED bulbs anywhere. Had them for several months now with no issues. Going to order more for my upstairs bathrooms.

I've had 2 failures in six months. Our house service voltage is 119.4 volts.One bulb failed within 2 days the other roughly 6 months later.This is my second review and these folks have not contacted me for "run" numbers or any thing else.BEWARE!

I use these in my ceiling fan. They work great.

I decided to replace these with my 9 watt led bulbs in the bathroom that are 5,000 kelvin and are 830 lumens. The bulbs i replaced were a day light and there were bright that i had to downgrade from 4 bulbs down to 3 in the bathroom and they were still bright. Although i loved the brighter light in my bathroom my girlfriend did not like it. So the bulbs will now go else where and they work great outside being that those ones are super bright. So now for the sleek lighting bulbs that i received in the mail thanks to amazon. They are regular size light bulbs so they should fit in any light fixture. They are OMNI for those of you that don't know what OMNI means it means that it is directional which mean it will give you light in all direction. When LED bulbs first started they use to be a lot more directional means the light only pointed in one spot. I really like the look of these bulbs they almost look like the old style light bulbs but i actually think they look a lot better. I think these lights equal a 50-60 watt incadesent bulb. I really recommend switching to led bulbs they use a lot less power and save you money in the long run. If you can get past the price you pay for LED bulbs you will never regret it. Just make sure you know what color temperature you want and then buy it. Specifications:1. power consumption: 6W Which is a big pro.2. Suitable for the replacement of a 40W halogen bulb but i think it replace 50-60 W incadesent bulb. another pro.3. Dimmable with standard dimmers. I am not sure if the feature works since i don't have a dimmer.4. Environmentally friendly5. UL-Classified for dry and damp locations.6. Operating temperature -22 degrees F to 120 degree F which would work great outside when i live in mn although i think i will stick with my brighter LED lights outside. Another thing you should know is that LED are instant on in cold temperatures outside which is what i love about them because my old cfl lights would take 5 minutes to get bright in the cold so i am grateful for led bulb and i get a big savings on my electric bill.I would recommend these bulb or and LED bulb for that matter and i hope i could be helpful with my review. I purchased the SleekLighting 6Watt LED A19 Dimmable General Purpose Household Light Bulb set of four bulbs because I am in the process of replacing my CFL bulbs to try to minimally lower my light bill and more importantly get more light out of my fixtures without having to use less energy efficient bulbs than I already have. I have managed to do both with these bulbs and others available that are just as efficient and reduce the same amount of light as these do. What I like best about these bulbs is that when you flip the switch, they are fully on, not waiting for them to warm up like with some of the CFL's I have remaining in my home.These bulbs arrived just two days after I ordered them. I opened them up and installed them in my children bedroom and bathroom. Both of these rooms are now brighter than they were with the CFL bulbs and because they use less energy they should save me money in 10 or so years, but like I said that is just an added benefit over the look and quality of these bulbs. Great LED light bulbs! These are great LED bulbs, exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. The bulbs are solidly constructed (not a given for LED bulbs) and fit in well with frosted incandescent bulbs, if you happen to have both. They're a little brighter than I expected, a 6W LED typically is considered equivalent to 45 watt incandescent, but these are probably closer to 50 or 60 watt equivalent. But they're also much whiter than even incandescent bulbs, so it's hard to compare them directly. Overall, though, a great, great buy, and recommended whether you're planning to change all your bulbs to LEDs or just a few.Pros:Lovely bright white lightSolid, inconspicuous constructionLow energy costs - less than 15 % of the energy costs of an incandescent, and even 30% of a CFL, without the yellow light or hazardous materials.Cheaper LED bulbs than I've usually seen.Cons:Expensive up-front costs, but that's true of any LED lights, and these are cheaper than most while still being very high qualityI really can't think of any others!I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest review.
