Perfect!I looked extensively at reviews and specs for a lot of dust extraction and everyone talks about Dust Commander. Well, this thanks to China’s lack of copyright respect is exactly that at £10 cheaper. Build is great, solid plastic but with a little flex so it’ll take the knocks.It comes with everything you need including a template for cutting the hole for mounting it on a barrel. Use a Blue 30 litre barrel. They’re easy to find on here. Worth using a little silicone to seal the inside of the barrell when fitted.When tested it works amazingly, removing pretty much all the dust from the air before it gets to the vacuum. I have a Karcher WD2 and it provides plenty of suction for DIY use.

I bought the 30 litre blue container to go with this and then added the Sealey VACHOSE5M Vacuum Hose, 5 m as I needed a hose to go on the input end of the Filter (either to use just as a hand held cleaner round the workshop or to fit into the outlets on my table saw and mitre saw). I was able to use a standard hole cutter to make the right size hole in the container lid and the cyclone was easy to fit using the screws provided and made a good seal. The Sealey hose needed a bit of duct tape to make an airtight seal with the cyclone. My trusty old Henry (left behind by builders in 1995) with a replacement hose fits perfectly into the outlet of the cyclone and the system is already working well i.e. the container is collecting a lot of sawdust which would otherwise have gone into the Henry bag so that should mean a significant reduction in the replacement Hepa-flow bags. DO be careful not to obstruct the inlet to the cyclone as the vacuum is strong enough to collapse the container!

The product is good and strong and excellent value. It's simple enough to set up and use. A couple of 40mm wastebpipe bends proved a good internal fit.Suction via my nilfiskhoover 20 not what I had hoped for so may need to try different set up. Eg. A blue food container with a clamp on lid. So whilst it's still a work in progress, it is collecting plenty of dust.

Works perfectly, make sure it’s connected to a good airtight bucket or container as it needs to create a vacuum to work properly.

I now have 3 cyclone filters in total, which have been running trouble-free for about 2 years. A cheap but reliable and practical solution. No more bags to buy - yippee!

Well made but not as efficient as my homemade one unfortunately. There is a lot more dust getting through to the vac than there is being collected in the bin under the cyclone. A larger bottom hole is needed I think. This results in me having to clean my shop vac filter twice as much as I do with my homemade cyclone which has a 100mm bottom outlet.

This does just what it says on the tin, excellent suction and dust extraction. I found cheap and easy to use hose pipe adapters on here which do the job perfectly, very happy indeed.

Dieser Zyklon lässt fast gar nichts durch, nicht mal feinen Staub. Wichtig ist aber dass man einen Sauger hat der stark genug ist und den Unterdruck hält. Ich habe die Anleitung nur super schnell überflogen aber da werden glaube ich 1500 Watt empfolen, wobei ich hier eine richtige Absauganlage benutze. Ich gehe davon aus mit einem Staubsauger wird man hier nicht weit kommen.

Je l'ai monté sur un fût métallique de 60l pour aspirer les copeaux des machines stationnaires de mon atelier de menuiserie et ça fonctionne très bien.J'ai quand même galère pour les branchement de tuyaux, car les diamètres de l'appareil ne correspondent à aucun diamètre des tuyaux d'aspirateurs.Même les deux réducteurs fournis avec ont nécessité un pistolet thermique pour être installé, c'est pourquoi je ne met que 4 étoiles.Le gabarit de perçage fourni est un peu trop grand, donc, nécessité de colmater à la colle chaude.A conseiller uniquement aux bricoleurs avertis.
