Shipped more fish that I actually purchased, get idea if one or two doesn’t make it, I won’t contact the company as they already went above and beyond with their service. All the fish appear to be doing well as they made it through their first evening in their new home. Very happy with the quality and color of the fish. I won’t shop anywhere else for my fish needs! I seriously couldn’t be happier.I ordered six fish, I received EIGHT the FOLLOWING day! Healthy, happy, (if a little bashful) and currently swimming in the ornamental pond with my goldfish. Great variety in size, gorgeous colors, and it was just so much fun to get fish in the mail!

I read some of the complaints and I'm just shocked. Could they be like the couple we had breakfast with recently where they first brought the husbands breakfast, but didn't bring the Misses for about 10 mins, and when they brought hers, he complained his was cold and refused it and made quite the fuss. I was shocked, surprised and disappointed. Anyway, I made a special trip to UPS, 40 miles to make sure since it's been 109 days here in Tucson. The fish appear to be extremely healthy and I see no Japanese Jungle Rot on them. I'll admit, never know. Pet's Mart here in Tucson is one of the worse places for sick fish, but these look great. I know that Icky sticky poo does creepy stuff to fish and I just threw my 26 in with about 80 others since they look so good, I'll take my chance, so hope there's nothing going on but they just look great and I'm totally happy with the colors. GREAT mixture and assortment. On another note, GOT problems? I've tried Pond Salt, Mela-Fix, a variety of things but NOTHING has cleared up my problems like Pond Microbe-Lift. Broad Spectrum Disease Treatment / Formulated with Malachite Green & Formalin. GREAT STUFF!!!!!!

I am glad I waited a few weeks to write this review. As time passes, I am increasingly more pleased with my purchase. It has been a nice distraction from the pandemic and other sad news to have something so peaceful in my backyard.Pros: A nice variety of colors in the koi, they arrived without the hassle of finding someone to scoop them out from a tank (in my area that is at least an hour ordeal) plus another hour of travel, the fish were/are remarkably healthy! Mine have all at least doubled in size since they arrived.Cons: a few will die due to the stress of shipping which sad but not unexpected, ours arrived at the beginning of a heat wave and it was too much for several of the fish. :(I am definitely planning on buying more fish at some point in the cooler future.Details: we ordered 20 butterfly and regular koi. We have a large, established backyard pond.

I was skeptical about ordering fish online but for now on I will get all my fish from from Toledogold fish! I ordered on Tuesday and my fish arrived on Thursday super fast! I orded 10 koi 5 normal and 5 butterfly. The fish arrived well packed in double heavy plastic bags with ice pack. The fish were all very lively and looked to be very healthy. I followed there instructions and released them in my pond and counting I got an extra fish! Also got a sample bag of there koi food which is a bonus! The variety was good but 2 sets of 3 of the fish were a bit similar in color and pattern but still all beautiful. Anyone contemplating on ordering fish on line i would say definitely do it with this team and give it a try.
