Nursing Ethics: Across the Curriculum and Into Practice

3rd edition vs 4th edition digital formats: I have both and first let me say I very much enjoy the book. Ethics can be dry reading, but it is truly full of valuable content. Diving into ethics we are surrounded with negativity, and the authors do a good job of keeping the book fresh and positive despite this. They are quite sensitive to Christian and cultural issues.The 4th edition digital edition requires another app from the website and non-kindle source. I bought the print edition and then used a code to access the online version. When doing this from a PC I have to choose a chapter and a time, and if I want to change chapters I have leave one chapter and find the other and pull it up, get the screen correct etc. It is cubersome to log into and to find where I need to be especially using one chapter at a time. The app is some better than the PC version, but the note and highlight feature is not as robust as Kindles.

Liked it. Unfortunately the professor didn't use it, and the syllabus was updated after I had already bought it. Nevertheless, I used it as a reference for some of my papers.

My daughter needed this for class. I can only hope that it helped. She did become a registered nurse at age 25. Yea!!

Good book

The process of purchasing the book and adding it to my library was absolutely smooth. Unfortunately, the book doesn't use pages to delineate where you are so it makes it very difficult with respect to assignments and reading along in class. I realize that many ebooks do this, it is still frustrating.

Good basic nursing ethics information. A textbook for nursing students. Concepts easily explained. The format is easy to follow and examples are given of nursing ethics theories.

Condition of the book was excellent. I really enjoyed reading this book because ethics in nursing is very interesting to me.

It was much more reader friendly than many books on the topic.
