Warning, I received a used unit that was opened before.The box it comes in is completely torn apart and "taped" to stay together. NOT something to expect from such an expensive item!I have not yet tried it but I'm extremely disappointed that I got a used unit for the price of a NEW unit.EDIT: Ardent stepped up and they are sending me a replacement unit from their warehouse. The company backs its product. I suggest maybe buy directly from Ardent and not from Amazon.

I liked the design and while it was expensive thank others I liked that it was all automatic. It arrived in a box with the plastic bag padding but all of them were flat. It didn’t seem to be used but it was questionable. Tried to decarb on A1 and A2 and several hours later… nothing. I tried a couple other times and checked 1 hr in and it was still cold.Top it off, better keep the box it was shipped in because you need to package it yourself for return.No thanksDisappointed for sure.

Works as advertised but is quite expensive for what it does! To be clear, you can do everything the ardent does without owning one but for the convenience of having something do all the work and not have to constantly watch the temperatures is worth it to some. For as little as I use it, I can't say it's worth the high price tag for me, I'm still undecided if I'll keep this or not.Clean up is easy and it's simple to use, it's probably worth it if you're making edibles on a weekly or monthly basis. If you only make edibles once in a blue moon, it's likely way over priced for you.

I ordered a new ARDENT FX a couple of months ago. On the plus side, I found that it made the decarb and infusion processes very easy; I used it a total of three times and each time I was pleased with the results but not the control buttons. On the downside, the control buttons on the front of the unit did not work very well the first time I used it; I contacted customer support and they gave me a workaround that helped a little. The second time I used it the buttons were worse and the third time I used it, the buttons did not work at all. I contacted customer support and Richard arranged for a new unit to be sent out. If the buttons work on this one (fingers crossed) then this product is well worth the investment.

Super easy to use. If you wanna get blasted with edibles you gotta try this thing.

Decarbed 2 x 1 oz batches of flower, and infused into butter and oil. Also made a tincture. Everything was very potent. Goodbye to buying overpriced weak a$$ edibles at the dispensaries. Great cannabis utensil.

First time I used it a few months ago it stunk up the entire house. Using it for a second time and it’s stinking up the house again. Seems decent at decarbing. I’ve only infused olive oil for and that was fine. I’ve made better with the Magical Butter machine, but this is ok, just REALLY SMELLY!

This product is phenomenal. I've only used it twice to decarb but what a job it did. Works in a little over 2 hours for decarbing and very little to no smell. Yes its pricey but it works....really well.

The product did not correspond to Amazon’s description. This device had no Bluetooth-connection; moreso after contacting producer: the 220V-model does not cone with one.
