I played college ball at the d1 level, started hooping again recently after I had not for a while and I was never a shooter.An hour with this on and I started to see improvements. It’s helpful because it forces you to shoot one handed , you’ll likely have to start in close and be super patient.I’m rebuilding my Jumper and this is super helpful, wish someone gave it to me when I was 14 and told me what it was for, such is life..

It does exactly what its suppose to do but it’s not made for a child with big hands!!
