Pomona 1508/POM Test Lead Holder for Wires Up to .210" Diameter, Orange

Used this product to FINALLY organize the myriad of USB cords collected over the years. PERFECT solution! There are enough slots to section off the different types of USB making it easy to visually select the one you need. Good for short Network cables too as well as multi tester probes. They also make holders for larger diameter cords such as instrument and speaker cables etc. Endless organizing schemes for cables. Perfect for cable organization. Made of quality steel and VERY strong. Looks like it's powder coated? Not an issue. Fasteners included to boot! Great quality and made in the USA!

Tried a few different brands on here, mainly because they were cheaper. None of them have the correct spacing for test leads and alligator clips except this one.This one would not work well with thick cables like mic cords or power cords, but for test leads it's absolutely perfect. Makes sense, its a Pomona after all.

Planning to use it to store my many, many charging cords for phones, corded earphones and assundry cables that I have. I've tried other storage methods and nothing seems to stay organized for my family. I'm going to hang this at eye level so I can see the exact plug type I need and just slip it out of the slot. The orange is a nice rich orange - very pleasant color. Product is sturdy metal with a nice coating on it so it won't rust or have any prickly slivers poking out. Very well made product.

Overall, I like this cable holder. It's sturdy and works very well. Perfect for a small lab. My only complaint and reason for 4-stars is that, although I ordered the red unit, it was actually a dull, faded orange (see photo). I considered returning it, but decided that it wasn't worth the hassle since it works perfectly.I would definitely recommend this unit,but only if the color is a secondary priority for you.

These are very well made lead holders, not Chinese junk. I liked them so well, that I ordered a second set of the first buy. I just wish I had purchased these holders years ago. Beats the hell out of using various hooks and old tie racks, and other things I have tried to use to organize test leads.

I was hoping for a cool way to hold my eurorack cables, one that would allow easy access and encourage people to say, like, what on earth is that? And then I could give a long demo on how to construct a complex sound from scratch, and they would either be fascinated or go all glassy-eyed, and I could thereby decide if they were worth keeping as a friend. This thing checks all those boxes admirably. You can slide 8 or so cables into each slot, so it will hold a whole lot of cables. Not enough, of course, 'cause eurorack's an addiction, I'll just keep buying more modules and more cables, but that's okay, at this price I'll just get another. And another. And another...

These are the same cable/probe hangers I use at work. Bought a couple for my home because they're just so handy. One thing to note though: The primary product photo as of Dec 1 2020 does not accurately represent the true color. They are nowhere near that vibrant. They are actually closer to cantaloupe colored (a pale, dull orange).

It does what it says. It holds test leads. No rough edges. Stiff metal. But it's orange, not red like it appears in the picture.

The slots are very deep, so you can pile up the test leads and alligator clips. If you have a nasty rats nest of scope probes, DMM leads, alligator leads and patch cords, then you need racks like this.

Great Pomona quality as usual. Good for holding numerous test leads of various types and lengths.Not sure that 4 mounting holes are required as the metal it is stamped from is very robust.Highly recommended!

I use this to hold my Eurorack cables. 2.5mm Mono cables. Easy to put up and holds them to this day.

As described. Colour is a "soft salmon", not as orange as pic looks (if you ask me).Great for organizing my eurorack mono patch cables.Recommend
