We got the round table with drop down side “leaves”. No issues with set up—husband put together fairly easily. He said everything was packaged well and we had no damage. Table is solid & chairs appear to be as well. Only confusing part was if there were two or four chairs—part of description said four, but this table comes with two. Perfect fit for us, downsized from large kitchen table now that four kids no longer live at home full time. Chairs from previous table match this as well, so can use a couple of those when needed. Actually have set up with three chairs, one leaf up & one down. Love the wood design on the tabletop, which was hard to view in the photo. Only complaint was because there are multiple options for purchase on Amazon, would be a little better product description for each specific type of table.

I rarely write reviews but I had to this time. I absolutely love this great quality table set. It was very easy to put together and it’s strong and sturdy! It is definitely worth the $$$ I spent. It took a lot longer to receive it; however, I had direct contact with the distributor and I knew the date and time it was to be delivered. IT’s everything I imagined!

The box was previously opened, which caused some damage to the shelf, also damage to the boards holding the drop leaf. They work, but a bit hard to use. And the screws are not long enough to hold down the seats. But I don't have the ability to return it. It's too large for my car, and too heavy for me to lift (female senior citizen). But I do like how it looks and I can repair the chipped wood on the shelf, and use longer screws to hold down the seats. It is perfect in our small space. I got it because the leaves drop down. Giving me more space, and when we have company, I can add the seating for up to five people, using my counter height bar stools. All in all, it looks as good as I imagined it would. Putting it together was slower then expected, trying to figure out the proper direction of the chair stretchers, and the failed attempts to get the screws to hold down the seats. but it was simple enough. 1 5/8" wood screws worked well.

It’s a Beautiful dinette set but the wood piece that size in the hold the side job wide what is broken and I’ll try to get a hold of Amazon or something with a third party which is ridiculous

I am pleased with the quality and sturdiness of this counter high table and chairs. It looks good in my kitchen. The chairs are so comfortable and the padding really supports my back. My only concern is that my shins keep hitting the shelve that is installed in the lower part of the table. If I push my chair back, then I am too far from the table while eating. I do not know if the shelve could be removed because it is decorative or if it is part of the structural integrity of the table. I have submitted a question and am awaiting an answer. Otherwise, I would recommend this table and chairs.

The table itself is great. Made well looks good...Customer service has been beyond frustrating and aggravating. I just want a clear answer. Lack of communication on their end. I cannot believe that I have paid for a damaged product and Amazon won't do anything about it. I received the table, discovered it was damaged. Submitted for a replacement and that table arrived and it is also damaged. Contacted Amazon again representative said in this instance with the original and the replacement being damaged we will issue a full refund and no need to return the damaged products. Within the hour of speaking to the representative I reached out again to clarify something. This is the 3rd time I've reached out to Amazon about the same issue. This representative said there are no notes on my account about my earlier conversation with the 2nd representative. This time I'm told I need to return both products. I was going to use the packaging from the replacement to send back the original damaged table (husband got rid of the packaging). I don't know which one to believe.
